ROUTEART / TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective 22 July 2026 · routeart is operated by Westmidlanders LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using routeart you agree to these terms.

The service

routeart renders GPS route files you upload into poster artwork for preview and download. The service is provided as-is and may change, pause, or end; features described as beta may be modified or removed.

Your content

You keep all rights to the GPS files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process an uploaded file solely to render your poster and operate the service, expiring when the render and its retention window end. You represent that you have the right to upload the data you submit. Upload only activities that are yours or that you are authorised to use.

Your poster

The rendered poster produced from your route is yours. You may print, display, share, and use it, personally or commercially. Where a poster includes terrain contours or the street map, the underlying data carries attribution requirements from its sources; the credit printed in the poster margin satisfies them, and removing it makes any further distribution your responsibility (see data credits).

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or data containing others' personal information without authority; do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service; respect rate limits. We may refuse or remove renders that violate these terms.

Accuracy

Distance, elevation, time, and pace are computed estimates derived from your device's recording and may differ from figures shown by other platforms. Terrain contours derive from public survey datasets of varying resolution. Posters are artwork: they are not suitable for navigation or any safety-of-life purpose.

Credits and purchases

Print-resolution downloads consume credits, sold in packs via Stripe. One credit covers one poster: the first export spends the credit, and further downloads of that same poster, in any format, are free. Credits do not expire. Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase; a credit spent on an export has been used and is not refundable. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
